International visitors to APCE 2027 may require a Chinese visa. We provide official invitation letters to support your visa application.
How to Request an Invitation Letter
- Complete the Visitor Registration form with your passport details.
- Check the "I need a visa invitation letter" option in the registration form.
- The APCE organizing committee will email your official invitation letter within 5 working days.
- Submit the invitation letter along with your visa application at your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate.
Visa-Free Transit
China offers 24/72/144-hour visa-free transit policies at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport for eligible nationalities. Check with your local Chinese embassy for current eligibility.
